Unquestionably.

He's still improving with every fight which is impressive given how good he already is. His timing is perfect, his accuracy is second to none, great jab, excellent variation with both hands, under-rated speed...he's also sitting on his shots more and doing real damage.

His power isn't even one of his top 3 assets, but it is very, very serious.

we can't blame him for not fighting the elites if they're not trying to fight him. Notice none of the other welterweights have called him out. I doubt he'll get a response from Danny Garcia or Jessie Vargas. Those are his only options. Thurman and Porter are still waiting to fight, and Bradley and Pacquiao are busy with their fight. I doubt Danny would fight him though

That is true, but he needs to openly seek these guys out.

Why is he still fighting in Sheffield when the top WWs all fight in the States? He can not fight another Mando, he just can not.

Try get the Garcia fight, or maybe Vargas. Try to get in the ring with Bradley after his Pac fight.

I'm not a big fan of Brook but the guy has some big time skills! Everyone is criticizing Kell for not fighting the big names & rightfully so but it's not totally his fault! Let's put some Blame on the other top WW! Garcia doesn't want to fight! Kell has already beat Porter who is a true fighter! Thurman doesn't want to fight him! Porter is having a hard enough problem getting Thurman in the ring! Bradley is fighting Manny! Khan wants no part of Kell as he showed for the pass few years! Khan want Brook to go through circus loops before he accepts the fight! Secondly, The IBF putting these so call mandatory challenges who don't even belong in the top 25 in the division! Last but not least, Eddie Hearn! This so call promoter who needs to put forth a better effort in getting a big name opponent for Kell. Kell called out Garcia last night so lets see if Garcia accepts the challenge! I doubt it, since his father already stated no reason why two fighters in there prime should face each other(Porter vs Thurman)!
