    Can't help but like Wilder.

    He's a pantomime villain at worst, he plays up the theatrics but strikes me a decent guy at heart.

                Obviously he's done some bad things. But i also respect that he took up boxing to help is daughter who has an illness. I don't rate him that highly as a boxer but to take up boxing for that reason, do well in the olympics then go on to win a heavyweight title, even if he is one of the least deserving ever, i can still respect that journey.

                With that said, i don't think he has a chance against the likes of Fury, Ortiz, Wlad etc..

                I'm giving him a shot at beating Povetkin because Povetkin is a small heavyweight and Wilder fights tall and long with power, so he might be able to use that to his advantage.

                        I don't usually condone violence against women but I think Wilder's situation was a little out of the norm. I believe the confrontation started after he caught a ********** trying to steal something from him or his room, etc.
