The fight againt cotto would be very hard to negotiate (diva cotto wants to weight no less than 150 Lbs and other conditions including purse share) while fighting Vargas would always be at maximum of 147 Lbs. plus the incentive of winning a title in 5 different divisions. And Arum also approves the in-house fight Vargas-Marquez.
