Comments Thread For: Manny Pacquiao Feeling The Heat, Voter Support is Declining

Eight division champion Manny Pacquiao is feeling the heat, now on the political end, after sparking outrage last month by saying gay people are "worse than animals."

The 37-year-old, who is running for a seat in the country's senate, made the remarks on a television program broadcast by Filipino station TV5.

Campaigning to secure one of 12 national seats he said: "It's common sense. Will you see any animals where male is to male and female is to female?

I'm a Pacquiao fan, but I think Pacquiao is just too full of himself. From buying a Basketball team and drafting himself, to singing. That Gay comment probably made him think everyone will be on his side and agree with him. I mean I think he's a great boxer, but not great at other things. I honestly thought Jesus humbled this man, but he seems he's arrogant on the inside. I still respect the dude, but hope he loses in his political run in his country.

That's just the gay vote he lost. He'll still win because all of the animals will vote for him.

No I don't. I gave Floyd his credit but my other Pac-tards haven't been posting lately.

It is hard to get up for Bradley 3 though. I admit.

I think you're looking into it too much. I don't see how singing, speaking out his views, or buying a basketball team has anything do with arrogance.
