Jake Donovan mentions until the very end of the article the weights of both Cruz and Koasicha (like trying to hide the fact that Cruz has a weight advantage of whole 3 pounds which is almost a full division). Koasicha at 126# shows that he is clearly a featherweight boxer while promoter Zavala most likely wants to ensure that Cruz has both home (crowd) and weight advantages (and probably referee and judges too).
