Good thing Pedraza doesn't need protection. He's not getting any.

Top Rank promotes better, Haymon pays better.

Do you want to be famous or rich?

Pedraza has def been matched tougher and gets paid better, but Verdejo with bigger name.

You miss the point, Cherry was in front of his people. Cherry and his cherry bomb in the old home town. Pedraza had to throw down just to get out of dodge with his scalp. Cherry may not be an all time great, but he's no hair dresser or South American unknown (we knew he was slow).

That's the point they're getting at. Pedraza should be a huge hit by now. He's lucky to be a Puerto Rican, he's undefeated, has skills, yet no ones talking about him like Verdejo.

Why doesn't the media talk about Pedraza?

Is Top Rank trying to poach fighters from other promoters now?
