Wilder would be the house fighter in the US, and pretty much all the cases you mention have the bigger draw/house fighter winning. I highly doubt that Povetkin, a Russian fighter who has never had a major bout in the US, is less well-known there than Wilder, and isn't being groomed as the next big star, is going to be getting judging favors on a PBC card held in New York.

By the way, black fighter Carlos Takam was fairly judged against Povetkin in Russia.
