I think most of it will be enforced. Those bottom end guys need those spots and the secondary fights seem like they are likely. 147 because seems like a PBC set-up and 154 I can't imagine Andrade would turn down that opportunity, although he could eventually get played not getting that shot I do think he would get in line.
