Comments Thread For: Devon Alexander Planning a Ring Return in The Summer

2015 definitely wasn't a great year for Devon Alexander (26-4). In fact it was the worst time period of his professional career as he didn't win a fight in a calendar year for the first time in his pro career.

Porter effectively finished him , never had a punch to make decent guys respect him.

Starring role in Dawg Pound sequel is inevitable.

If Devon can get a win I'd like to see him fight a prospect like Errol Spence or Sammy Vazquez.

As much as I don't like Devon, it's a shame he's falling off because at least he was willing to step in the ring with whoever, even when he didn't have to. Welterweight could use some fighters with that attitude.

At the very least he should still be a guy who proves whether prospects are legit and gives them a difficult look to deal with.
