  • Comments Thread For: Atlas: Pacquiao-Bradley 1 Was A Draw; Backlash Baseless

Teddy Atlas admits the Internet isn’t something that occupies much of his time.

The trainer/ESPN analyst isn’t involved with Twitter and doesn’t read boxing message boards. Atlas still doesn’t understand all the backlash from fight fans and media to the third welterweight championship bout between the fighter he trains, Timothy Bradley, and Manny Pacquiao on April 9 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

because HBO had it so wide and people that dont know how to score fights always agree with them. I mean I didn't have bradley winning.. but the sky sports guys had it 116-112 for pac which I thought was spot on.

Brian kenny had it for Bradley though. people that watch specefic teams calling the fight usually just agree with them.

    I think 116-112
    or 115-113 pac

I think I scored the first 7-5 Pac and the second 8-4 Pac. Bradley will be competitive as usual but that doesn't mean we really need to see this fight again.

Yeah I remember Atlas going off like a madman how the sport was corrupt and needed a federal commission to prevent this crap! Now he's cheerleading it was a close fight, lol. I'll be doing something else rather than watching Pac/Bradley. It's more competitive than Floyd/Berto, but just as un-compelling.

It was close 7-5 at best..... one could, maybe understand cuz pacquiao tended to fight the last minute of most of the rounds.
