      There's always that rumor.

Wlad has made Forbes highest paid athletes list several times. He's also been in promotion for years and had big name endorsements in Europe, both probably rivalling his boxing purses. His brother is also rich from boxing and a high ranking political figure. He is married to an independently wealthy TV actress. He has a PhD and isn't the sort to forget to pay taxes or give it all to a stripper while drunk.

In other words he probably has far more money than he knows what to do with and is just boxing out of personal desire anymore.

Why would he throw the fight?
He's just old and Fury has improved a lot.

WHy the **** would Wlad have thrown the fight?

If he wanted to humiliate himself, he would have intentionally lost to Shannon Briggs.

Wlad threw the Fury fight and collected over $50 million

It's apparent in the betting world that Wlad threw the Fury fight and collected huge money probably over $50 million in Macau and Hong Kong and in Monte Carlo. The Ukraine insiders also bet on Wlad losing and collected huge cash also they say that will be used for arms against their oppressors. What better way to collect 100 million or so on a Wlad loss. Bettors bet heavy on Wlad to win easily and with Wlad coasting and throwing 6 punchs a round it was apparent something smelled putrid with the upset. Boxing is such an easy sport to manipulate once a fighter goes along agreeing to lose. Wlad lost and won big. Deal with it it's called ********. Wlad played the odds and made a fortune on losing to the weak Fury. The Ukraine now has money for SAMs and ammunition in it's fight from Russia and *********s thanks to Wlad and even Vitali. Smart men and now richer men who helped their poor country.

The conspiracy theory about a Wlad fix is really going to take off if he knocks out Fury in the rematch.

If anyone honestly believes that Wladimir Klitschko lost on purpose, then i seriously worry about your sanity.

Wladimir cares more about his legacy than money at this point. He's made his money, he has the hollywood wife & lifestyle. He was only one defence away from beating Joe Louis's record.

fredhopple is just a spastic fat yank who happens to be butthurt that a Brit managed to be the one to unseat Wladimir.
