The reason for any confusion is because Mayweather went ahead with the Judah fight instead of fighting Baldomir. Baldomir chose Gatti because it meant more $$. I'm going to have to agree. Obviously Floyd is better than Gatti, and destroyed him in their fight, but if Judah was the Undisputed Welter champ, and Baldomir beat him, then Baldomir is the man right now. If Gatti beats Baldomir, like it or not, Gatti's the man. Then likely, Mayweather will destroy Gatti again, and then Mayweather will be the man.
