Comments Thread For: Carl Frampton Says Burglary Will Not Affect His Focus

Carl Frampton is so excited about the prospect of fighting Scott Quigg that even a burglary at his home has failed to bother him.

The IBF super-bantamweight champion was in by himself on Friday evening when he wrongly dismissed a noise in his home in London - his family were still in his native Northern Ireland - went to bed and woke the next morning to find that some of his possessions had been stolen.

Home owner insurance has deductibles starting at $500. A burglar would have to burn my house down before I could collect. Carl probably has a bunch of worthless baubles too, so he's not too upset about that. It's the invasion of your home that messes with your head, your private things being handled. He might move if only for his peace of mind. Hard to train with other things on your mind.

I have a weird feeling that Quigg will beat Frampton.

I said he was good & being over looked before the Martinez win . I'd heard of before he went pro through the muay thai circles. He's been about some quality fighters that don't mess about for a long time

If that was Quigg's house burgled you would be having a field day for about a year claiming all sorts of bull**** . All due respect to Frampton, thank god for the boxingscene forum we don't here anymore Joe Gallagher conspiracy theories. Perez should have been targeting that cracked skull not his ball bag all night thats the only way he could attempt anything by fighting dirty. Crolla actually wobbled Perez and had him on the back foot for the whole night so i don't know how you can criticize him. He made the fight.
