Freddie Roach, trainer of WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto, wants his fighter to score a knockout victory over Saul "Canelo" Alvarez on Saturday night at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

Cotto gave Mayweather a very tough fight in May of 2012. Mayweather won a twelve round unanimous decision. The fight took place at the full junior middleweight limit of 154-pounds.

The best chance Cotto has to win is out -box Canelo over the distance. Sitting down to get a KO leaves your guy exposed to incoming and Canelo has power.

Even if Cotto knocks out Canelo impressively, I don't think that would entice Floyd to come out of retirement. I really feel like Floyd is done with boxing and just wants to enjoy himself now.
