I lived in NYC and I'm mixed race, I pay a lot of attention to how different races act, I don't consider it racist, i live this ****.

In NY we even have a term for it, we call it Puerto Rican Pimpin. These dudes be on the subway with there arms around there girl like they own her, and they look around while they do it to let everyone know she's his girl, and they do that **** 24/7.
