A bout between unbeaten Jose Ramirez and Johnny Garcia is in play for December 5, Top Rank matchmaker Brad Goodman told BoxingScene.com.

"The fight has been verbally agreed to," said Goodman.

The eight round bout will headline the Top Rank card and will take place at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif. UniMas will telecast the 'Solo Boxeo Tecate' broadcast, which begins airing at 11 p.m. ET/ PT.

And AGAIN Top Rank proves my point! Another unbeaten prospect goes against a guy who is winless in his last 3 fights! No ***ing thank you! I would rather watch ShoBox or PBC where they continuously pit prospects against prospects or equal matchups! This sht has gotten old long ago!
