  • Comments Thread For: Viloria's Manager Stunned By Roman Gonzalez Loss

The likeable manager of former two division world champion Brian Viloria, Gary Gittelsohn says he “never anticipated the possibility of a loss” to undefeated pound or pound No. 1 Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez last Saturday, at New York’s Madison Square Garden when Gonzalez battered Viloria to win by a 9th round TKO.

Gitttelsohn informed the New Standard/boxingmirror.com that both he and Viloria were still in New York. He will return to Los Angeles tomorrow night while Viloria will return on Thursday. [Click Here To Read More]

Brian fought his heart out. No shame!!!

I saw lil chocolate fighting in Japan, against Takayama, it was a great fight.
Takayama fought his heart out, and his in n out style gave Roman some issues.

He is good. I want to see rematch with Estrada. It is worth the money.

These little guys deserve bigger purses for the amount of effort they put in...twice as many punches thrown and twice as many taken.....respect to viloria...class in defeat

Viloria has always been a tough sob and is experienced as ****,
So i'm not surprised by his good performance at all.
I expected him to fight hard.

Viloria has always been a class act and his team is too. Viloria is one of the most likable boxers of the last 20 years. A truly good guy.
