i still find it hard to believe people are counting cotto out. Granted canelo is a great fighter he is going to be bigger on fight night without a doubt but he will also get tired quicker and i think cotto will land some massive hooks on him. Well see i just dont see any way cotto losses this fight unless he ages overnight or canelo looks better then he ever has. Canelo last fight is not fooling me he fought a journey if you picked out an opponent made it from scratch to make canelo look good it would be kirkland. You could make the same argument about geale tho ill give you that i just dont see anyway cotto losses. I may have to gamble some of my points on this one.

With that said I also dont see either fighter getting knocked out and if they do i will be surprised. Knockdowns are likely but a knockout i just cant see it happening i think both are going to fight a smart calculated fight. I think the first couple rounds will be slow before the first huge shot lands.

Ill tell you guys one thing tho im super excited to find out and even tho i think cotto wins i sure as hell wont be surprised if canelo does. The one thing that worries me tho is i think canelo wins any close fight without a doubt. Hes the younger guy with more money in front him so i do think cotto will need to win decisively

I was in Hollywood CA last week interning for a media outlet I cannot name with a verywell known Sports journalist. We visited Wild Card to watch Miguel Cotto train and interview him and his team. He Sparred 3 different boxers and he dropped 2 of them. Very impressive.
