youth. strength, and speed, can all be offset

    youth, by preparation/commitment/determination/a great gameplan

    strength, by technique/skillset

    speed, by timing/technique/defence

Cotto has all that, he is an experienced vet who fights to his strengths.

Also, speed not so much a factor.

Not arguing with Khan, he is right..... and boxing is a young mans game.

Still cant bet against Cotto in this one.

But cant bet against Canelo either.

Also its difficult to judge how the styles will mesh, I think Cotto could play into Canelos hands if hes not careful.

    Fk'd if I know.

This is a bad omen for Cotto. Amir is a reliable dreamer.

I look forward to Cotto vs Canelo.

But I really hope he fights Manny and gets knocked out.

Amir talks too much. Needs to get into the ring.

Alvarez couldn't knock out Lara or Trout or the AARP's newest member, Shane Mosley. He damn sure isn't going to KO Cotto. If there is a KO, it will be Cotto KO'ing Alavarez in the 8th or ninth round.

I think people took too much stock into Margarito breaking down Cotto. And then the Manny fight. That was a rough stretch of his career. He's much more refreshed and back to form. Cotto isn't going to be there to take all this punishment from Canelo.
