Ok but I think he got robbed in that fight. Only guys who beat him are Garcia and Postol.

Why is that fight even close enough to be debated? Look at what elite fighters do to Zab then compare what Lucas did.

Yes most definitely. Lets see who other people fought for world titles (140/47):

        Maidana:
        -Kotelnik
        -Petr Petrov
        -Broner

        Broner:
        - Khabib Alkhothehell
        -Malignaggi

        Zab Judah:
-Mabuza (straight after getting a super close to decision to Lucas which many people feel he lost)

        Amir Khan:
        -Salita

And that's just to name a few.

And they capitalized on those opportunities. Matthysse lost to the gatekeeper level opponent that those guys beat.

Gatekeeper? Are you taking the mick or just trolling? Devon Alexander was 21-1 and 90% people agree Lucas beat him. In a 10 round fight with a KD, Alexander would need 6 for a DRAW and 7 for a WIN, clear hometown decision. The Judah fight could have gone either way and I along with Ledermen had it 114-113 Lucas.

They didn't "capitalise", they have way better managers. Contursi (chino's manager) always gets the best stylistic match ups where Maidana's team are ****e, they always picked slick fighters. I.e. that gatekeeper Devon Alexander 10-0d Chino

I agree with the sentiment mate but Khan won his off Kotelnik then defended against Salita IIRC

Apologies for the mistake but I don't think Lucas would ever have lost an opportunity like Kotelnik or Petr Petrov.
