Haven't seen any fights of Velasquez but Fortuna is a crappy fighter who hasn't been matched tough at all.

He's just a name and a belt waiting to be consumed by a real fighter. Fortuna will look thrilling in the start then gas and throw wild missing shots for the rest of the fight if he doesn't get his man out.

This Velasquez was a very good prospect, had an amateur win over Gamboa. But then disappeared for several years, came back only to get knocked out bad by Rico Ramos late when he was ahead

he's been match well enough when u mix in tha the didnt have the big push behind him..when u mix in how much of a risk he is u'll understand why u dont see top names..but u do see effective names..he's taken some 0's from prospects...took straps from interm undefeated titlist...his last fight was a boxrec should have listed as a five star fight due to the action in it and due to both guys being highly ranked at 130... Vasquez was only beat Takashi Uchiyama who u might find on your p4p list in the coming months..the question is can haymon get Takashi Uchiyama over here to the states on pbc..thats a great fight

Fortuna is gonna get a surprise if he doesn't use his defense in this fight, Velazquez is a real good boxer with range, tall and powerful and will catch him.

Fortuna is probably the worst "top level" guy at Super Feather.

Fortuna would get sparked and exposed against a boxer-puncher like Francisco Vargas.

Hell, Fortuna probably has a tough time with Eden Sonsona.

yea i've seen comments like this before until he's throwin from angles and attacking the body from places u wouldnt think...now that he is being active he's getting better and better stamina and money under haymon..dont be surprised if he runs the table for while...thats if he is staying at 130..
