Continuing the Mexico vs. Puerto Rico rivalry trend, newly signed Golden Boy Promotions fighter, Carlos "The Solution" Morales (11-1-3, 5 KOs), of Los Angeles, will face Puerto Rican rising star O'Nell Negron (11-1-2, 87 KOs) of Vega Baja, in an eight-round super featherweight bout.
