Junior welterweight Luis Ramos has been added to the Top Rank card on October 17, manager Frank Espinoza told BoxingScene.com.

Ramos will fight in an eight round bout at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix, Ariz. No word yet if his bout will air on UniMas as part of the 'Solo Boxeo Tecate' telecast.
