  • Comments Thread For: Jorge Arce: Cotto-Canelo Will Be Experience vs. Youth

Former four division world champion Jorge Arce says the youth and hard punching of Mexican superstar Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (45-1-1, 32 KOs) will pay dividends when he challenges WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto (40-4, 33 KOs) of Puerto Rico.

The HBO televised fight is scheduled to take place on November 21st from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

Not too many people would argue with that.....

Canelo wasn't ready for Mayweather, but the timing is right for Cotto.

Boxing is a young mans game, but.....
..... experience is the key to everything in life.

I definitely give Canelo the edge, but not putting money on that fight.

      Cant wait !

I almost forgot about that until I saw the weigh in for the Trout fight.

Rojas was taking it to Arce and then he punked out.

Exactly. And he swore after the fight he wanted a rematch. Three years later and a retirement a la floyd, he still has t even mentioned Rojas name. I'll check out trout and Rojas tomorrow too. I like both fighters.
