Comments Thread For: Deontay Wilder: Klitschko vs. Fury Could Go Either Way

Deontay Wilder knows better than to look past the opponent immediately in front of him, but it doesn't mean he can't admire what's happening around his career.

The unbeaten heavyweight champ has already begun preparation for his September 26 showdown with France's Johann Duhaupas. The bout takes place at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Center (BJCC) in Birmingham, Alabama, with NBC to televise live in primetime as part of its Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) series.

One month later, World heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko defends his crown versus unbeaten mandatory challenger Tyson Fury in Dusseldorf, Germany.

It's not a 50/50 fight, but it is indeed an intriguing one.

It could definitely go either way. Klitchko could knock him out early or he could very well knock him out late.

Yes... Wlad-Fury could go either way.
Wilder could end up ducking either Wlad or Fury, depending on what happens.

I like Wilder... but am fast losing my patience with the way he's being brought along.

Hey take it easy on our American champion! He just fought the 44th ranked guy in the world and now he's fighting the 34th in the world next! He knows about tough fights! Good work, champ!

Wladimir Klitschko is fighting a top rated heavyweight in Tyson Fury, while the cowardly Deontay Wilder will avoid his mandatory, and fight another journeyman in Duhaupas.

Wilder is a disgrace to the WBC title.

Fury will get tired with the pace. Relies on size too much. It is gonna end by KO! But fury won't retire as he said.

I think its closer than most think. I'm picking Fury myself, but its obviously a fight with a heavy lean towards Klitschko to win. The Klit may get licked, but maybe the Klit just gets batted around a lil more than its used to & still comes out victorious.

Lou Cipher, reminds me of de Niro in angle heart.
Could go either way, but I think the Ukrainian will furiously whip the trash talking out of fury!
