Leo Santa Cruz picked up a career-best win with a 12-round majority decision over Abner Mares last weekend at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. The telecast generated an average of 1.217 million viewers, peaking at 1.671 million. Both numbers serve as the highest rated boxing event on any ESPN station since 1998.
