  • Comments Thread For: Mayorga Says Don King Stole His De La Hoya Money

On Thursday morning in a Miami courtroom, a judge will decide is the Shane Mosley vs. Ricardo Mayorga rematch will go forward next Saturday night at the Forum in Los Angeles, California.

Don King is such scum! It amazes me that boxers still sign with him. He stole money from him and then screws him over again at a time when he might make some money again. Mayorga probably would be retired by now if he had got the DLH money but instead he has to continue to go out there and fight. I swear I wont even have one ounce of sadness when this old evil bastard dies. I will be sad for his family sufferering a loss but definitely not him.

Don't get why Mayorga hasn't sued if he really stole money.

Don King is a piece of ****. I remember clearly how I would shake my head everytime Mayorga used to talk up Don King as the greatest man he had ever met lol. I really want to see this fight, I got my money in hand, let's hope the court lets the fight happen and they settle after.

Wish you media-programmed heads knew what the ------ you were talking about. If fighters agree to a. Contract then he's bound to its terms. If a fighter blows his share of the proceeds agree upon then that's on them and only them

Arum, DLH, an countless other greedy promoters been doing this for centuries and now it's such a crime when Don King gets paid.

Cus Damato did, and it was a balance of around 200k, not that it would earn that much.

This in incorrect. It was bill cayton, and it was at least over 2 mill.
