World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman was not very impressed with the recent performance by former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., who return on July 18th in El Paso, Texas and won a ten round unanimous decision over Marco "Dorado" Reyes.
Chavez Jr-Reyes was originally set for 168-pounds. Then moved to 169 and later to 170. Chavez was unable to make weight. He was very large once he entered the ring and it slowed him down during the contest.
