The next edition of Top Rank's 'Metro PCS Friday Night Knockout' is scheduled for September the 11th in Las Vegas as the Cosmopolitan. Word is that featherweight prospect Oscar Valdez will be in the headlining role.

The last we saw of Valdez (16-0, 14 KO's), he made his HBO debut on the night of June 27th at the StubHub Center in Carson, California where he scored a workmanlike ten round decision over veteran Ruben Tamayo.
