Former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will require at least three weeks of rest after it was revealed that he suffered a hairline fracture on the knuckle of the index finger on the left hand, which happened during Saturday's ten round decision win over Marco Reyes in El Paso, Texas.
