Former champion Amir Khan (31-3, 19KOs) is now looking to return to the ring in November or December.

Khan was chasing a lucrative fight with WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

It now appears Mayweather will be facing former IBF/WBC beltholder Andre Berto.

Khan is mapping his 'Plan B' opportunity, but his opponent won't be IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (34-0, 25KOs).

Because Porter is a better win then Khan has at welterweight. Porter who is a better win then Khan has in the last 5 years.
