heroine is a super dangerous drug. And for Pacquiao to go and "save" the heroine trafficker from Indonesia is not a commendable thing....

The woman who was carrying the heroin was duped into doing so. She traveled to work as a maid and was given a new suitcase with the drugs as a gift before departure. The husband and wife who gave her the drugs have confessed to their crime and stated she was innocent. That's why she was spared from the firing squad at the last minute.
