How was porter beating broker an upset when he was favored by Las Vegas oddsmakers? Anyhow those numbers suck imo considering someone like ggg who is from Kazakhstan can fight someone who is completely unkown to casual fans at the stub hub center and sell out the place with 12k fans in attendance.

Which is exactly why he's considered the next cross over star.

Believe it or not the TV ratings Broner-Porter did were the best for PBC in a long long time. Broner irrespective of how big a fool he is..is good for PBC ratings.

so much for all that talk of PBC having to always hand out tickets, hand over fist

Brought in a good amount of money at the gate, yet kept it moving.

At least now we have a gauge for how long Main Events would logically have to show how well Kovalev-Mohammedi does at the gate; shame that we still don't know any of the Golovkin gates, especially with his fans trumpeting about how big a star he is.
