I am in the middle. If he is guilty of any wrong doing, he needs to be held accountable. Boxing could, in a way, benefit from more lawsuits as the sport is in dire need of transparency.

Well Vanes recently stated that Arum bribed one of the judges for one of his fights. This is major wrongdoing and Arum should be held accountable.
I am 100% FOR the lawsuits and hope they drive Haymon right out of boxing and into Federal Penitentiary.

In that case, Vanes should file legal charges against Arum. If he can prove it, of course. Like any case in court, innocent until proven guilty.
Not to mention that no matter what Arum has done in the past or continues to do today or may do one day in the distant future, it has absolutely no bearing on these lawsuits and any wrongdoing that may have been perpetrated by Al Haymon. If the guy in front of you drives through a red light, it does not give you the right to follow him and if you are caught, the cop will not care about what another driver that he did not see happened to do or not. You will still be getting a ticket.
