    The last we saw of junior welterweight Ruslan Provodnikov he was dropping a close twelve round decision against Lucas Matthysse on the night of April 18th in Verona, New York. Now Banner Promotions is looking for his next fight.

              Artie is no dumbie..ruslan can draw in casuals..pbc can draw more casuals than hbo..no fighter should have ties to a network that cant get their most promoted fighter (GGG) a big fight..
