    Last night former title challenger Diego Magdaleno (28-1) earned his second shot at a title with a 7th round technical knockout victory over Jose "Chelo" Gonzalez (24-2) of Puerto Rico. With the victory Magdaleno becomes the mandatory challenger for the WBO lightweight title that will be up for grabs when Terry Flanagan faces Jose Zepeda on July 11th in the United Kingdom.

      They need to change the decision to a KO. It is very obvious the punch was legit and either cracked Gonzalez rib or took the wind out of him. If a fighter being hit by a legitimate punch cannot get up for the 10 count, ugh....I mean 200 count, he has been knocked out. The math will back me up there, lol.

        This was an OK win, but he wasn't running away with it. Regardless of the scores Chelo was in the fight. Martinez has more skill and a much better chin LOL. NOT ready for Pedraza at all. Who said they were bums?
