There's no justification for Oscar trying to drain GGG by dragging him down to 154. That's just shameful.

If he wants a monster come-back fight at SWW, why doesn't he give Lara a call?

Wladimir Klitschko, ironically also managed by Tom Loeffler, refused to fight Evander Holyfield when he was still an active fighter out of sheer respect for the man, realising that he was well past his best.

Golovkin is so damn desperate for a payday that he is willing to get a coked out Oscar out of retirement and tries to sell it as a "big drama show".

And Loeffler has the nerve to compare it to Leonard-Hagler

Are GGG fans really going to continue to defend this pathetic team?
nobody believes this talk of Oscar-GGG is serious. They are all just having fun trolling.

Your abject hatred for all things GGG blinds you to reality.......

Floyd made an official statement on ESPN? Floyd threw the names out there on a roundtable interview with the press.

And Floyd is someone with a legendary career and money so who cares?

Golovkin and his team are so money hungry that they would actually entertain this fight.

Of course they would take the fight. Fighting Oscar would draw a good PPV number even way past prime and it would introduce GGG to the casual fanbase. From a marketing perspective it would be huge for GGG's career. It would pretty much eliminate any reasons for any future fights not to happen (Canelo, Cotto, Ward, etc.). Money would be no issue.

What exactly is an official response to ESPN? Talking to Dan Rafael makes it more legit than talking to Rick Reeno of boxingscene? Does ESPN have some authority over any other media outlet, is ESPN the official media source for boxing? Lol you're making it seems Golovkin held a meeting with *****.

What happened was Oscar told Dan Rafael he would fight Golovkin last night. Today Dan Rafael talked to team Golovkin and got their response.

                      And their response was pathetic.

Why not show some respect like Wladimir did when asked about fighting Holyfield?
