I went out of my way to watch this one and really enjoyed it. HBO made a big mistake not picking this card up. Hopefully his next fight will be with GGG. N'Dam showed heart and I was a little surprised about how close the judges' scorecards were. I could see 8-4, but 7-5 or 6-6 seeemed a bit generous.

Combination of a lawsuit over Lemieux and not wanting to air the fight and get their name added as defendant and a busy June 20th With broner and Ward also fighting on network TV and Ndam not having a fan base is all why HBO passed on this fight. Lemieux next fight will be back on HBO. He has the belt now and is exciting. If Canelo vs Cotto gets made GGG should fight him. Next best fight for GGG.

Impressive Display of power by Lemieux and impressive Display of heart and toughness by N'dam. Just as Quillin N#dam went down manny times but the guy can always stand up again somehow...a real stand-up comedian.
What i want now is GGG vs. Lemieux!

It would be great if Lemieux gets a good win at home before the GGG battle. I think Canelo ices Cotto, so Cotto/Lemieux or Quillin/Lemieux in Quebec would be huge.

Gritty performance from both fighters. Lemieux is improving, although obviously he has a way to go w/defense. Cutting off the ring can't be easy vs N'Dam, can't really fault Lemieux... but he will have to improve. Biggest flaw IMO w/him is, he punches directly at where the opponent is NOW, when he should take into account the opponent won't necessarily be there in .3 seconds or whatever. If he punched a bit lower than the target, he'd probably land more. I saw many time N'Dam just dropped down a little bit and cause Lemieux to miss.
