Porter makes 147, Broner is afraid to fight at 147. For him to be scared of the weight but think it's OK to drain a WW guy down so that he can get an advantage and try to have bragging rights from beating a 147 pounder is not right. Broner needs to pick a weight class and stick to it, just like Canelo and Cotto.
