Comments Thread For: Ava Knight Eliminated from WWE “Tough Enough” Tryouts

Ava Knight won’t be competing on reality television to become a pro wrestler.

Knight, who is one of the best female boxers in the world, had been one of 40 finalists for the upcoming season of World Wrestling Entertainment’s “Tough Enough,” a reality series in which athletes and other aspiring pro wrestlers strive for a spot on WWE’s roster. She was one of more than 11,000 men and women who sent in audition videos.

Pretty sad when a pro boxer can't make the cut for a women's wrestling reality show.

What's sad about that exactly? She's a pro boxer not a pro wrestler.

I wonder what kind of signature wrestling move such as Hulk Hogan's famous leg drop would she had used to finish off opponents if she had made the cut?

She got more press for this than she did when she was Champion

She probably wasn't as willing to learn to take professional falls and slams for fun. Didn't have the passion as other competitors who grew up fantasizing being a WWE star and take it to heart.

And that's why she gave it a try to begin with. Womens boxing gets no love. UFC and WWE give the girls a lil air time on their shows. Idk when was the last time I saw a womens boxing fight live on tv.

She would probably have adopted Big Shows knockout punch finisher.
