Comments Thread For: Lemieux Warns: We'll See How Much N'Dam Can Take

On Saturday June 20th, David Lemieux (33-2) will face Hassan N'Dam (31-1) for the vacant IBF middleweight title. The fight will take place at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec and will be televised in the United States on FoxSports2 and Fox Deportes.

The hard hitting Canadian said that he watched N'Dam's fight against Peter Quillin, where N'Dam hit the canvas six times. Despite the knockdowns, N'Dam made it to the final bell. Lemieux doesn't believe N'Dam will be able to handle his power in the same manner.

The difference is Quillen is an all around better boxer than Lemeuix. N'Dam is more than likely going to use the ring box him from the outside and take a hard fought W.

I'm curious about any of these two fighting GGG after whoever gets the W.

I go with Lemiux on this one, but dont overlook N'dam he is pretty good, too bad he is way too Chinny.

Quillin is a joke. If he fought Lemieux the same way he fought Lee, he wouldn't make it past 5 rounds. The guy is gun shy and all someone has to do is hit him with one solid shot and he will avoid mixing it up for the rest of the fight.

They're more or less on the same level really. Quillin is a boxer-puncher but he's a very limited boxer at that. A few fighters already exposed him.

I don't really care who wins, I just want to see them in the ring with GGG.

If Lemeiux fought Quillen the same way he fought Rubio he'd get the same result. Lee and Quillen are better than Lemeiux don't let KO's of subpar comp fool you. The fact that you had to use Quillen's worst performance as a metric lets me know that you know that as well.
