Shane Mosley and Roy Jones Jr. tell TMZ Sports they're 100% DOWN to fight Oscar De La Hoya if he REALLY wants a comeback bout.

As we previously reported ... De La Hoya recently appeared on a radio show and he was hinting hard at a return to the squared circle, stating that he thinks he's still got enough goods with the leather to compete. De La Hoya has been retired since a fall 2008 knockout loss to Manny Pacquiao.
