According to Andrey Tokarev, a business partner in Union Boxing Management, their fighter Sergey Lipinets (6-0, 5 KOs) will see action next on the undercard of Timothy Bradley vs. Jesse Vargas, which takes place on June 27th at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.
Lipinets, 26, is a rapidly rising light welterweight prospect, who made his debut just a year ago. He fought four times in Moscow and twice in the States, scoring 5 stoppage wins in a row including victories over 37-19-3 former world title challenger Cosme Rivera (TKO 9), 14-5-1 Filipino Ernie Sanchez (KO 8) and 22-4 Mexican Daniel Lomeli (TKO 7). Lipinets is also a former kickboxing star.
