BROOKLYN - Bill "Two Scoops" Emes catches up with Virgil Hunter, trainer of Amir "King" Khan (31-3, 19 KOs), to discuss the win twelve round decision win over former WBO junior welterweight champion Chris Algieri (20-2, 8 KOs), as Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on Spike returned to Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Friday night.

The Briton won by 117-111 on two cards and by 115-113 on the third. Algieri lost for the second time in a row. In November last year he failed to beat Manny Pacquiao, who lost to Mayweather in boxing's richest fight earlier this month.

I thought Chris Algerie won that fight clearly and Amir Khan's lousy performance should put him to retire and his no place on mayweather's sweeptakes. his not at that level.

That was Algieri's best and he came up short again. He's got no power and does not know how to throw combinations. He has a good chin and is in great condition, but that is about all he brings to the table. I'm not a Kahn fan, but I dislike Algieri as a boxer.
