The 24-year-old puncher came back to action last night in Metepec, Mexico and won a one-sided ten round uannimous decision over Edward Mansito (13-2), who refused to bend despite the punishment in every round.
Vargas is led by Hall of Fame trainer Nacho Beristain, who views the young boxer as the next superstar in Mexico boxing.
