Comments Thread For: R. Mayweather: Floyd KO's Healthy Pacquiao in Rematch

Roger Mayweather, uncle and co-trainer of Floyd Mayweather Jr., wants his nephew to have a rematch with Manny Pacquiao.

Mayweather won a twelve round unanimous decision over Pacquiao on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. After the contest took place, Pacquiao revealed that he further aggravated a pre-existing right shoulder injury during the fight.

Pacquiao says the injury affected his overall performance. But even with a healthy shoulder, Roger says the end result would have been the same.

Damn there's really nothing more pathetic and lamer than a "winner" making excuses.

Floyd was scared Roger, everyone knows that. Don't blame Floyd's poor showing and fighting scared on his poor brittle hands because those brittle hands have been there for the longest time LOL

Trying to save face now for ripping the audience off LMAO

makes no sense. How can he not do it to a unhealthy Pacquaio but will be able to in a rematch vs a healthy pac?

Only thing I can see is that Mayweather wont be afriad of pacquaio like he was in the first fight.

Even w/ NSAC intimidation to Pac, Mayweather still lose.
