Tito never got caught having plaster in his hands ever. In the Bhop fight it wasn't plaster that he got caught with, so to say that he had plaster in his fight with Vargas isn't valid. What Tito did in the Bhop fight is LEGAL to do in other states. Margarita got caught with plaster in the Shane fight which is different from what Tito did in his fight, so to compare the two doesn't make any sense because there two totally different things. If what Tito did was that bad, he would have been suspended right? Ok thanks.
