Before I answer I want to say that *EVERYBODY* cheats at the world class level because of the amount of $ involved. Yes, Tito cheated so he's Tito "La Momia" Trinidad. It's only nowadays that Pac cheated out in the open and was glorified instead of villified that it's almost become ok to do it. This is a dumb subject really. Tito belongs in the HOF and he's an ATG because of his accomplishment. Period. If he doesn't belong then neither does all the cheaters from his day and after.
