A high-end New York-based "hospitality service" says it has the very first authentic ringside seats to the Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight ... and they could be yours for $87,500 each.

TMZ Sports spoke with Oren Partner -- the head of Precision Concierge New York (P.C.N.Y.) -- who tells us he has 39 tickets to the fight ... ranging from upper level to ringside seats.

The prime seats -- $87,500 for 6th row ringside ... but he only has two at the moment.

I been to many boxing fights and any level above the 1st level above floor really isnt worth it if your paying above $500 or $1000, Those 200 seats aren really that good.. Id rather pay $100 and watch on a big screen with a group of other die hard boxing fans listening to commentators and seeing a unofficial score card to get an idea of whos winning the fight..

Closed Circuit a any MGM properties is what im going with.. Id recommend anyone going to Vegas that weekend to do the same.. $100 or more.. Well worth it..
