The WBC Continental Americas lightweight champion, Ontario's Tony Luis (19-2-0), will now make the first defense of his title against Ira Terry (26-13-0) on April 17 during a planned gala at the Grand Casino in Hinckley, Minnesota. Luis was initially scheduled to face southpaw Tyrone Harris (24-10-0), who apparently decided to go in another direction and never signed a contract. Luis put his hand on the crown on January 30th, with an upset decision win over previously undefeated Karl Dargan (17-1-0). The clash will be broadcast via CBS Sports.

From shot to even more shot! Someone needs to FORCE retire Ira Terry. How in the hell do they keep showing at guy on TV who has been knocked out what 10 times in a row??? I have never seen a fighter who got knocked out more times on TV than Ira Terry. What is it, a world record for boxing??!! This is not a good look for CBS!
